Test Sping Voltage Path

1.	Set multimeter to check for AC voltage See Video
2.	Unplug cnc machine
3.	Disconnect solenoid and transformer be careful to separate cables so they aren’t touching anything. See Video
4.	Plug back in cnc machine, power on cnc machine
5.	On computer, click Settings, then Test Mode, then Home Machine, when finished homing, click Turn Drill On.
6.	Check control board voltage at relay (should be about 120V, if not, stop) See Video
7.	Check incoming main voltage at relay (should be about 120V, if not, stop) See Video
8.	Check outgoing main voltage at relay (should be about 120V, if not, stop) See Video
9.	On computer, click Turn Drill Off
10.	Unplug cnc machine
11.	Reconnect transformer See Video
12.	Plug back in cnc machine, power on cnc machine
13.	On computer, click Home Machine, when finished, click Turn Drill On.

Here is a close up of where we're touching the relay for steps 6, 7, and 8. Be careful not to accientally touch the black and red probes together as this may blow a fuse.
